Vanessa Calva Ruiz, Director of Consular Protection and Strategic Planning at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), announced through a video on social media that she has held meetings with security authorities of the Olympic Games, as well as with various organizations and consular section staff, to support Mexicans traveling to Paris if needed.

A crucial point for all Mexican nationals is to register at the following site: https://sirme.sre.gob.mx/ in the Registration System for Mexicans Abroad (SIRME), a platform designed to facilitate communication between the Mexican Government and its nationals abroad.

Registered Mexicans will receive timely information to avoid adverse conditions while traveling. It is also recommended to stay updated with communications issued by the consular section and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
