Joaquín Pardavé:
The comedian also had a house in the Narvarte neighborhood. Pardavé lived at the intersection of Concepción Béistegui and Cuauhtémoc Avenue. There is a plaque with the actor's name at the location to commemorate his contribution to cinema and to mark that it was his home. He passed away in one of the rooms of this house on July 20, 1955.
