Among the team members are a former Head of Government, founders of Morena, federal officials, local legislators, and three officials from the current administration.
Notable names include César Cravioto, who will lead the Secretariat of Government; the continuation of Pablo Vázquez at the helm of the Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC); the appointment of Alejandra Frausto as Secretary of Tourism; and Juan Pablo de Botton as Secretary of Administration and Finance. Additionally, Brugada announced the creation of three new secretariats: Citizen Attention, Planning and Territorial Ordering, and Housing (formerly Seduvi).
She called on the Capital Congress to approve the organic public administration law modifications, stating that this would "help us face the challenges of the capital." At the San Ildefonso College, Brugada emphasized that "these ten men and 11 women have experience, knowledge, sensitivity, and a commitment to transformation."

The former mayor of Iztapalapa made it clear that "we have a great responsibility that we will know how to fulfill because public service is a means to transform, and it is a noble profession that benefits the community."

Brugada added, "We are strongly committed to putting public resources at the service of those who need them most and addressing problems." She highlighted that "this will be a full-time government, as we say, a government of the territory, not of the office; attentive to citizens' demands, working in the streets, neighborhoods, and indigenous communities, and it will be a government with ears open to the people, directly addressing citizens."
Finally, she pointed out that all secretariats will have "a feminist perspective, where gender perspective will be promoted to fight for equality and the historical debt that we all owe to women."
Outside the venue, SSC head Pablo Vázquez, who will continue leading the department, expressed that his biggest challenge will be maintaining the results in reducing insecurity in Mexico City.
Regarding her appointment, Nadine Gasman, the incoming Secretary of Health in Brugada's administration, detailed that now that the capital's health system has been transformed into IMSS-Wellness, their task will be to accompany people through this transition and guide them to ensure they receive the necessary medical services in the capital.
Meanwhile, Inti Muñoz, who will head the new Housing Secretariat, noted that the administrations of Claudia Sheinbaum and Martí Batres laid the foundations to ensure that affordable housing becomes a right for everyone in Mexico City. "The foundations are already in place, as outlined by the city's ongoing project," he said.
