Authorities have seized nearly 24,000 kilos of drugs, including 129.24 kilograms of fentanyl

Since the beginning of the operation on February 5, a total of 1,809 people have been arrested, and the following items seized: 1,657 firearms, 253,526 rounds of ammunition, 8,395 magazines, 23,937.209 kg of drugs—including 129.24 kilograms of fentanyl—1,479 vehicles and 201 properties.

All actions are carried out strictly with the rule of law and with full respect for human rights. Highlights of seizures and arrests include:

Baja California

Three individuals were arrested; 43 doses of methamphetamine, 39 doses of marijuana, four rounds of ammunition, one firearm, and one magazine were seized.

In San Quintín, one person was arrested. Authorities seized 12 firearms, 21 magazines, 978 rounds, 3,533 doses of methamphetamine, 1.5 kg of marijuana, 14 tactical vests, and one vehicle.

Chihuahua

In Ciudad Juárez, a U.S. citizen was arrested. Authorities seized $299,660 in cash and one vehicle.

Nuevo León

In Mina, two long guns, eight magazines, 170 rounds, three tactical helmets, 70 tire-spike devices, and three vehicles were seized.

In Santa Catarina, two individuals were arrested. Authorities seized one firearm, two magazines, two rounds, 36 doses of methamphetamine, 12 doses of cocaine, and one digital scale.

Sinaloa

In San Ignacio, authorities seized 10 long guns, one machine gun, 96 magazines, 2,729 rounds, 20 improvised explosive devices, 13 ballistic plates, and two vehicles.

Seven sites used to process methamphetamine were located and dismantled. Seized items included 6,740 liters of precursor chemicals, one organic synthesis reactor, and two condensers. The estimated financial blow to criminal organizations is 149 million pesos.

Sonora

Four individuals were arrested. Authorities seized doses of methamphetamine, one handgun, four rounds, one magazine, one vehicle, and one property.

In Hermosillo, two individuals were arrested, including a criminal cell leader considered one of the main drivers of violence in the state.

Tamaulipas

Three trucks were seized in Valle Hermoso—one with improvised armor and another under construction.

In Altamira, 96 packages of marijuana were seized, weighing approximately 320 kilograms.
