In two months, authorities have seized more than 26 thousands kilograms of drugs, including 163.35 kilos of fentanyl

Since the beginning of the operation on February 5, some 2,200 suspects have been arrested and 1,960 firearms, 321,679 rounds of various types of ammunition, 9,666 magazines, 26,385.25 kg of drugs, including 163.35 kg of fentanyl, 1,811 vehicles, and 273 properties have been seized.

These actions were carried out in strict compliance with the rule of law and with full respect for human rights. Among the seizures and arrests, the following were the most significant:

Baja California

In Playas de Rosarito, 221.348 kilos of methamphetamine, 94.241 kilos of cocaine, two vehicles, a forklift, and two properties were seized.

Seven suspects were arrested, one of them a U.S. citizen and two handguns, four magazines, 22 rounds of ammunition, 38 doses of methamphetamine, a semi- truck with dry van, and two vehicles were seized.

Chihuahua

Nine suspects were arrested and three magazines, a rifle, 18 rounds of ammunition, 546 grams of methamphetamine, 3.108 kilos of marijuana, doses of cocaine, and two vehicles were seized.

Coahuila

In Sabinas, two kilos of heroin, three kilos of methamphetamine, and a property were seized.

Nuevo Leon

In Aramberri, four suspects were arrested, two of them minors, and seven rifles, seven magazines, 180 rounds of ammunition, three tactical vests, a webbing set, and two vehicles were seized.

In Vallecito, two rifles, magazines, rounds of ammunition, a trailer, and three vehicles were seized, two of them with factory or homemade armor.

Sinaloa

In San Ignacio, 212 improvised explosive devices, four rifles, a vehicle, 32 magazines, 14,222 live rounds of different types of ammunition, a drone, a radio communications antenna, a signal jammer, a signal jammer antenna, and various tactical gear were seized.

Seven storage facilities for methamphetamine inputs were located and dismantled. During the operations, 3,170 liters and 820 kilos of substances for the production of the drug, four organic synthesis reactors, three lab condensers, and five centrifuges were seized. The economic impact on the criminal organizations is 90 million pesos (US$4.34 million).

Sonora

In Nogales, 10 suspects were arrested and two replica handguns, 37 doses of methamphetamine, 19 doses of cocaine, three doses of marijuana, four cell phones, three gram scales, and a property were seized.

In Cajeme, a suspect was arrested and eight rounds of ammunition, a handgun, a magazine, and 4.9 kilos of methamphetamine were seized.

Tamaulipas

In San Fernando, three rifles, 11 magazines, various live rounds of ammunition, a vehicle, and various tactical gear were seized.

In Nuevo Laredo, two rifles, seven magazines, 143 rounds of ammunition, two ballistic vests, four ballistic plates, and a vehicle were seized.
